Why has my IP been banned?
1. You were abusing/spamming the chat room.
2. You were accessing our website using unsupported application like: Kodi(XBMC), SimpleTV Player, VLC Player, FFMPEG, RTMPDUMP.
3. You were making too many connections from your IP to our streaming servers.
4. You were using a VPN, Proxy service whose IPs might have been banned before.
5. You were sharing your account on multiple devices from different network. We allow account sharing for all devices you own, or all devices from the same household (same IP)
Why do we ban people from using Kodi unofficial ad-on?
It is not fun for us to ban your IP. In fact we have thought about this for too long before we start banning. Basically, Kodi application is getting too popular worldwide. Beside personal usage on PC, many Android box sellers now start bundling Kodi application, with many add-on include the add-on called “ilive-streamlive”, and other sport add-on which show our channels. Those Android box sellers also claimed that you can watch our channels on their box for free, which is not true.
Everyday there are around 100K connections from Kodi system to our streaming servers. While those connections generate 0 ads revenue, it is making our free servers overloaded and affecting our guest and free users on the website. Since our service is still free and open to all web users, we have no choice but to ban all IPs who were accessing our site from Kodi system.
Many banned people asked us if our service has gone Premium only. The answer is NO. We are always free and open for those who need free live streaming service, but you must use a PC to watch, not a Kodi system.
The ban is permanent and we will not remove it whatsoever.
Do we support Kodi?
Yes we support Kodi with our official add-on. Using unofficial add-on from other unofficial repository will result immediate ban. The official add-on is available for all Premium users. You just need to ask us.
How to get your IP unbanned?
We will only unbanned your IP for Premium users. If you are our Premium users, send us an email at
support@streamlive.to
with the follow content:
1. Your username
2. Your IP (you can check your IP at http://ip-check.info/?lang=en)
We will remove your IP from our banned list. We will also consult with you the reason for ban so you will avoid it again.
